Operation
A simple and efficient method to operate the ditch magnet is, to pull out the “magnet rod” from the steel tube, ferrous contaminants will be cleaned by itself, then push back the magnet rod and return it to duty. A whole-cleaning process is completed in 30 seconds.
No matter how many times a day the ditch magnet be employed, no need to wash magnet and wipe the debris by hand.
Magnet elements are encased in SUS316 stainless steel tube, you can easily embed it in the shaker header box or flowline.
It can be rapidly deployed before bottoms up is circulated to surface, which resulting in faster and more efficient wellbore clean-up.
