Magnetic Rotor & Stator
Today, the newest powerful and efficient electric motors use permanent magnets in their design, instead of powered by an electric current through copper windings. Permanent magnet motors (PM motors) have some key advantages.
Permanent Magnetic Rotor
Magnetic rotor serves as a part of Voice Coil Motor (VCM) which is an electric motor consisting of a permanent magnet and yoke in conjunction with a coil. You can also called it Voice Coil Actuators (VCA). To design a tailor-made VCM, you should take into consideration the magnet material, magnet position, the surrounding structure, etc..
Ditch Magnet
The Rumotek’s bespoke Ditch Magnet offers major safety advantages over conventional bar magnet, it is developed to recover the maximum amounts of ferrous contaminants from the fluid stream in all milling and drilling operations. Operated by simply retracting the handle on each magnet rod, which avoid manual scrapping of debris.
It features simplicity, ruggedness, and most especially this structure allows for maximum strength-to-weight ratio, 24” length weight 28 lbs compared with previous 55 lbs, magnet rod weights each 7.05 lbs only.
The high performance magnet assemblies removes fine particles which are not extracted by the shale shaker or downhole filtration thereby protecting essential components such as mud pumps, drill pipes and shale shaker screens.
Magnetic Welding Base Holder
For Workholding, Mounting, Fixturing
Our switchable welding base holder come with screw holes so you can secure the jig in the fixture.
We recommend at least two magswitches per fixture to minimize slippage. Assembling jigs, cutting fixtures, blade guards, or any machining, it makes your work safer, faster and easier.
Grain Magnetic Separator
In feed or grain operations, Rumotek's Grain Magnetic Separators are engineered to prevent recontamination risks during cleaning, it is essential for protecting processing equipment, maintaining ingredient purity, and meeting regulatory safety standards. Ferrous contaminants such as bolts, wire, metal filings, and tramp iron are often introduced through
